Even Feinstein and Rockafellar are against it. The dirty little secret is that the ones actually qualified to run the CIA- that are knowledgeable about intel and how it works- would not accept the appointment on Obama's terms. Panetta has been anti-CIA since his days as Clinton's Chief of Staff. The CIA actually had to partner with the Dept of Defense in an effort to keep Panetta from slashing their budgets, which is one of the direct results of 9-11.
