McCain After Obama

Published by aebersole at 12:55 pm under Current News Edit This

John McCain attacked Barack Obama Sunday for his friendship with Weather Underground member William Ayers, a radical group from the 1960’s.  It appears that McCain thinks one or two things to be true: Obama is going to be the Democratic nominee and/or he feels Obama the need to paint Obama in a different light, removing the rock star aroma.

In all his attacks, very rarely has McCain gone after Hillary Clinton, his attacks are more often than not targeting Obama. It is clear he is looking to weaken Obama among independent voters and energize the right with claims of Obama’s radicalism. It would appear that the McCain camp believes that Clinton already wears this tag and her name alone would energize the right.
